Kam Zarrabi, the owner and president of PAR Jewelry & Gallery, has been a California resident since 1956. The establishment of a lapidary and gemstone business was a natural extention of Kam's educational (UCLA) and professional background in exploration geology, geophysics, mineralogy, and crystallography. Kam is an expert designer who will consult with you regarding redesigning an existing piece of your jewelry or designing something new,exclusively just for you.

Sherry, Kam's daughter, has been involved in the gems and jewelry business since 1976. Her expertise as a gemologist, her long experience as operations manager, as well as her friendly and at the same time professional demeanor, make her an irreplaceable asset to our operations.

Kam Jr., (Kamyar), whose unique and original hand fabricated jewelry creations and flawless craftsmanship have become legendary in our industry, began his apprenticeship in 1979 while attending college majoring in geology. Kamyar personally handles all PAR custom design creations and major repair and remodeling work, while supervising other repair and production tasks.

Pers-American Resources, Inc. (PAR) began its import, production and distribution operations in 1976 as California Lapidary Supply in Redondo Beach, California.

In 1980 we refocused our emphasis to the procurement of gemstones and design and creation of fine jewelry.

Since 1982 when we established our operations as PAR Jewelry & Gallery in the Plaza, Rancho Bernardo, we have remained unchallenged as the trusted
name for excellence and uncompromising professionalism.
